On this date in 1979, Artery released their debut EP, Mother Moon. Aside from the title track, the EP included "Pretends" and "Heinz". None of the tracks appeared on a regular album. The Sheffield, England post-punk band disbanded in 1985 after four albums. The band included future member of The Cure, Simon Hinkler.
