Sure it would be fun to buy a fixer-upper. I have plenty of spare time to work on it. Yeah sure. Time I got money I don't. I also didn't take in to account I'm basically a lazy person. At this rate I might have it fixed up about the time it's paid for in 2047.

Thanks. Right now I'm mostly just scraping and painting. Once I get around to gutting my dining room and putting dry wall up I'll need some help with that.
